POUND Rockout Workout
POUND is a full body, calorie torching, cardio jam session that pairs movement to music to create incredible energy and lots of noise! Find your inner rockstar as you squat, lunge, rock, and move with lightly weighted Ripstix (drumsticks).​ Easy to follow, so you can rockout to your favorite music with this fabulous fusion of cardio, pilates, plyometrics, strength moves, and simulated drumming. All levels welcome.

PiYo is Pilates + Yoga + Nonstop Movement. Get ready to sweat, stretch, and strengthen, all in one class! PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. You’re always in motion, burning crazy calories, and there are no weights or jumps. Use your own body weight in this low impact, high intensity, restorative and empowering workout that is set to energizing music.

POLE FITNESS 
This is where you will fall in love with pole! Learn the foundations for beginner through advanced pole fitness, and build power, strength, and confidence in this mixed level class. This class is perfect for first-time students as well as regular students. Spins and dance turns, pole climbs, poses, and floor work are covered in every class.  Moves are always taught in progression with options for all fitness levels. New students are always welcome.


POLE DRILLS & TRICKS
Are you ready for more challenging moves? Are you ready to see the world from upside down? This class will challenge you from head to toe! Use your new found strength and power to climb higher, go upside down, and progress through more advanced tricks and combos. Strength drills and inversion progressions are always covered in this class. *This class is not for first-timers.


AERIAL FITNESS

This total body workout fuses aerial yoga, barre & pilates, suspension training, and acrobatics into one incredible class. Strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, tone your body, improve your flexibility and balance using our unique multi-piece aerial sling. This class is progressive, adaptable,  creative, and FUN! Enjoy deeper, more relaxing stretches (you can just hang and relax!). Strengthen your joints without impact or stress, experience spinal decompression, improve your posture & muscular balance.  The adjustable equipment can be modified to fit participants of various shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.  It is made of supportive, safe, and comfortable material. Class finishes with relaxation in the sling. All levels welcome.



Our pole & aerial classes combine many forms of fitness into a workout that takes you off the ground.  From the flygym, silks, lyra, and pole, these fitness classes combine physical fitness and acrobatic movement into a unique and powerful mind and body workout. Pole doesn't have to be sensual. Pole and aerial is artistic, athletic, and even a competitive sport. Mainstream awareness of pole and aerial fitness is growing, and our studio is proud to have been the one to introduce it to the Eastern Shore back in 2007.​

Our classes combine yoga, Pilates, gymnastics, and dance into amazing head to toe workouts. Strengthen & lengthen your muscles, relieve stress, and get your heart pumping, all while moving in ways you never thought possible. Average, everyday women of all ages, professions, and fitness levels LOVE our unique and fun classes. You will fall in love with the powerful mind and body experience we provide. Gain power, strength, flexibility, and confidence as you learn to love and accept the beautiful creature you are. There is no better time to try a class than right now!

Our instructors teach in an encouraging atmosphere that is so enjoyable, you'll forget you are even working out. Each class includes a warm-up, strength/tone, routine work, and a stretch/cool down.  We value the small group setting of our studio and only allow 6-8 clients per class. New students are welcome anytime, no experience necessary. All classes are taught in progression for safety and success, and students move at their own pace. Regular attendance is encouraged to get the best experience.
